Important Info. for In-Person Camps & Classes

We will be following all health and safety precautions for all in-person camps. Face masks will not be required but are highly recommended and hand sanitizer will be available at the studio. 

 

SNACK & LUNCH - Campers must bring a snack containing non-perishable food. If your child is attending summer school at St. Jude's School, we will have time for them to eat lunch at 12:00 before we begin camp. Lunch will not be provided. Please be sure your child brings their own lunch. We do not provide refrigeration or beverages. Please bring bottled water. Students attending the Summer Classes should bring a snack and please bring your own bottle of water.

 

DRESS CODE - For Camp and Improv Class, please make sure your child is wearing clothes that are easy to move and dance in. Campers must wear shoes at all times. Tennis shoes are preferred. Flip flops will not be accepted. If a child arrives with flip-flops on they will be asked to go back home and change into shoes more suitable for dancing.

 

NO ELECTRONICS - Campers will not be allowed to use electronics, such as cell phones, video games, etc., during camp time. They may keep these items in their bags during camp. If they are used during camp time, the camp staff will take the device away and it will be returned when the child is picked up. Students attending the Songwriting Workshop may use their phones to record what we are working on but they cannot be used for playing games, viewing social media, etc.

 

PERFORMANCE - We are planning to do all performances live, in-person but this may change based on the current CDC guidelines and state/county safety and health regulations at the time of the performances. The performances will be a live, in-person performances for performers and audience members to attend unless otherwise informed. There will be a charge of $10 per ticket for the musical theater camp. Tickets will not be sold for the Wednesday workshop classes.

TUITION - The tuition for each session is based on the number of hours of teaching and preparation time needed for that session. The prices are listed on the camp information pages. Click the image for the camp you are interested in above to see the information for that camp. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a spot in the camp when registering. The full payment is due 2-weeks before the camp session begins. Tuition for the 3-week class sessions is due in full at the time of registration. The tuition includes all instruction time and the culminating performance or performances at the end of camp or the class session as well as a free t-shirt. There are no refunds for any reason. Space for is limited.
